For Face: Mix 2 tsp of rose petal powder with 2 to 5 tsp of yogurt/curd. Add 1 tsp of honey. Apply all over the face and neck. Wash it.
For Hair: Mix equal quantities of amla powder and rose petal powder. Blend with almond oil. Infuse a few drops of lavender essential oil. Apply all over the scalp and hair with a brush—shampoo after 30 minutes.
